[As Gladion is about to text back, he jumps when he's suddenly getting a voice call and answers it. Sun is met with an annoyed and confused Gladion when he answers.]

[He huffs looking away from the screen and purposely trying to ignore the question asked. There's a noticeable jerk when the subject of money comes up though. That would be correct, Gladion!]
Erk— [A strained noise at the call out, his lips drawing up into a thin line as he debates answering. With a resigned sigh though he looks back to his phone.]
...Yeah. You watched it, didn't you? You should know then. He took my great-grandpa's island and I'm gonna get it back!
[There was only one time he'd dealt with Faba so far, there was no mistaking what memory of his Gladion had happened to see.]
It does when it was given to him! It was his island!
[Sorry, he never uses his inside voice. He is just LOUD. The mention of Poke Pelago already existing though gives him pause and Gladion a break as he stares at his phone in both confusion and disbelief.]
Wha...but what about Aether? Who even made it?
[With his great-grandpa dead that just left.... himself? Maybe his future self??]

Uhh.. I believe Mother said that Grandfather or someone else built it, but it's been around long enough. [A pause before a sigh and raised eyebrow, remembering something.] Listen. You said that I fought you in a tournament, a tournament I don't even know existed, and I didn't know who you were but you knew me.. could things be different from where you're from?
[Sun grumbles, clearly unhappy with the answer as he brings his hands to his head and starts to ruffle his own hair in frustration.
It just didn't make any sense, none of it! He was really starting to hate this whole nobody knew who he was situation. It did make sense though that it probably wasn't the time shenanigans they first thought things to be.]
Aarrghhh- [Still frustratingly grabbing at his hair a moment before he stops, eyes looking back to Gladion on the screen.] I dunno, maybe! Why's it all gotta be so annoyin'!?

Just- Augh! Just forget about it! Forget you ever saw what you saw.
[Different worlds really be like that, they help no one and frustrate everyone. Gladion's sure confused and frustrated in trying to put two and two together, but clearly that's not going too well.]
Don't ask me, I don't have those answers! Maybe this confirms everything my parents were researching about parallel worlds or whatever.
I can forget about that, I wasn't planning on blabbering about it to anyone else. I know how to keep a secret, alright?
[And with that he clicks off the feed. He can't talk about this anymore with how frustrated he is. Instead he'll probably go cool off by counting the slowly growing pile of payday coins he's got going on.]
