Well, they are definitely not as friendly! And most are very evil. Or at least murderous. And they often have a lot of teeth. Otherwise we would not consider them monsters, I think.
...maybe? They are really a lot of evil, most of the time, so it makes it hard. The evil is the only reason why some of them are monsters to begin with. Oh, but we do have spiritual animals! That are as smart as your Pokemon. Jin Ling has a spiritual dog!
Are they evil because that's how people see them or are they evil because they do cruel things for the sake of it like people do? Many people call some Pokémon species evil because they're misunderstood and they don't care to understand them.
